ToDos lists are an excellent way to stay organized. Teamie provides you with a ToDos tool that will facilitate you to easily manage your “ToDos” list. You can keep track of your upcoming tasks such as homework/task posts, assessments and lessons that require your immediate attention. You can find your ToDos in the "Calendar" section as a filter toggle inside.
By default, the system shows the overall badge count for the upcoming pending tasks. And the task whose deadline is over, are moved to the Overdue section and are not included in the overall badge count shown on the top navigation bar. However, you can expand the Overdue section and mark a task post as done.

You may find all your upcoming ToDos in your calendar. And the calendar is further divided into two categories as explained below:
1. ToDos - shows the list of pending Todos which you have not yet completed:
- Homework/Task (is always created with a due date)
- Lesson with available till date (or deadline)
- Assessments with available till date (or deadline)
2. All Events - shows the following types of events:
- All your ToDos that you see under ToDos category, along with its completion status
- Offline Test/Task
- Personal calendar events
- Classroom calendar events
- Google meet events (if Google meet integration is enabled on your Teamie site)
- Zoom events (if Zoom integration is enabled on your Teamie site)
ToDos is further divided into three categories:

You will also have access to your Overdue items (events whose deadline have passed) in the "Calendar" section. The number of Overdue items will be shown only for the last 30 days. i.e., system will hide all tasks that are more than 30 days overdue to avoid unnecessary clutter.
The Overdue category will always be closed/collapsed by default.
You will be able to mark a Homework/task post as Done from the Overdue category but you won't be able to access other materials such as lessons and assessments from ToDos once their deadline has passed.
2. NEXT 7 DAYS
By default, you will see the ToDos events for Next 7 days (including today). If there are no ToDos, you will see a message that says "There are no todos in next 7 days".
The NEXT 7 DAYS category will be expanded by default. Click to collapse it.
3. NEXT 3 WEEKS
This category will be open if the NEXT 7 DAYS category is empty and will display the list of upcoming ToDos from the next 3 weeks.
1. When the event sidebar is fixed then you will see the Calendar section in expanded view by default on the landing page.
2. In case the event sidebar is collapsible, then you will need to click on the Calendar on the top navigation bar which will open the calendar section for you to access the ToDos tab.
3. Depending on the ToDos configuration, you may be landed on the ToDos or All events tab in the events side bar.

5. In case you have marked a homework/task post as Done accidentally, then you may go to All events tab and then click the Mark as Undone to undo the action.
6. Once the Mark as Undone process is completed, the homework/task post will reappear in the ToDos tab.
7. You will be able to mark a homework/task post as Done from the Overdue category as well.
Teamie also has a site-level configuration setting (disabled by default) which will prompt learners to mark a task post as done once they make the first comment on a task post. This means if a learner posts their first comment on a task post, and the task post is not marked as done, then they will be shown a popover to enquire if they wish to mark the task as done. The popover will have two actions - Yes and No. Clicking Yes will mark the post as done and dismiss the popover, and clicking No will just dismiss the popover without marking the task post as done.
This popover will only be shown if a task post is not already marked as done and then the first comment is made by a learner. It will not be shown for the second comment and onwards in case learners don’t mark the post as done after the first comment.
Take note that this popover will only be shown if the configuration setting is enabled on your Teamie. Kindly write to us in case you wish to enable this setting. Furthermore, the popover (if enabled) will also be shown in the task post full view or when the task post is accessed from the calendar view.
8. To complete a lesson, click on the Lesson title to go to the landing page and start reading its pages. Once, you have read all the pages, the lesson will be considered as completed.
9. To complete a quiz, click on the Quiz title to go to quiz taking page and start taking the quiz. Once, you have made a submission, the quiz will be considered as completed.
10. To complete an assignment, click on the Assignment title to go to the assignment's instructions page and start making a submission. Once, you have made a submission, the assignment will be considered as completed.
11. The events which falls under one of the categories mentioned below can be accessed from the All events tab:

- Zoom events (if Zoom integration is enabled on your Teamie site)
1. If the fixed ToDos configuration is enabled on your site, then a calendar widget will also be shown on the Posts tab of all classrooms.
2. The widget will show you the ToDos / All events for the classroom for the next 7 days, in the respective sections. Unlike the homepage calendar, this widget will not show the overdue/past or next 3 weeks events. The idea being that users would be able to view the near future events quickly for a classroom.
There will be a View Classroom Calendar link in the widget, tapping on which will take the user to the Calendar tab of the classroom.
