Creating a Support Ticket

In case you could not find a relevant solution to your issue from our help center, you can always raise a support ticket for your enquiry.

This article will guide you on how to create a support ticket from the Teamie iOS mobile app.

1. Tap the More menu option at the bottom right corner of the screen.

2. On the "Profile & More" screen, tap Support to open the create new ticket screen.

3. Tap Subject and enter a title for the ticket.

4. Enter a description and add a short explanation of the problem/query.

Note: Please do not delete the insititue and app version details from the ticket description. These will be auto-filled for you.

5. Tap the Send icon to create the ticket.

6. Your ticket will be created instantlly and Teamie support will get back to you soon.
