Filtering data in Teamie Gradebook for Teachers App (Android)

You can quickly filter the assessments in the gradebook on the basis of sections, summative/formative grading, assessment types by using the filters available on the Teamie Gradebook app. You can also sort the learners on the basis of their scores in an assessment. This way you can quickly narrow down the assessments that you are looking for and grade them.

This article will guide you on:

Filtering gradebook data on the basis of sections

1. Tap Filter Table at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Tap Sections drop-down. By default, assessments of all the sections will be shown in the gradebook.

3. All the sections that are created for that classroom will be listed in the Sections drop-down list. Tap to select the required section whose assessments you wish to filter. Then, tap APPLY FILTER.

You can apply more than one filter at a time to narrow down results.

4. The filter will be applied and all the assessments for the filtered section will be shown. The section name will be shown above each assessment.

Filtering gradebook data as per nature of assessment - Summative / Formative

1. Tap Filter Table at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Tap Summative/Formative drop-down. By default, all summative/formative assessments will be shown in the gradebook.

3. Tap to select Summative/Formative. Then, tap APPLY FILTER. The filter will be applied and the required formative/summative assessments will be filtered.

Filtering gradebook data as per type of assessment - Quiz/ Assignment / Offline Test

1. Tap Filter Table at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Tap Assessment Type drop-down. By default, all type of assessments will be shown in the gradebook.

3. All the assessment types (Offline Test, Assignment and Quiz) will be listed in the Assessment Type drop-down list. Tap to select the required assessment type that you wish to filter. Then, tap APPLY FILTER.

4. The filter will be applied and only the filtered assessments will be shown in the gradebook.

Sorting score for a material in gradebook

1. By default, the gradebook is sorted on the basis of learners that are listed in alphabetical order.

2. Tap the section name / assessment name header.

3. Tap Sort Score (High to Low) to sort that assessment from highest to lowest score. The learner with the highest score in that assessment being listed at the top.

4. Tap Sort Score (Low to High) to sort that assessment from lowest to highest score. The learner with the lowest score (or the ones that are not graded) in that assessment being listed at the top.
