Teamie Gradebook for Teachers is currently available only for iPads.
1. Tap the Teamie Gradebook for Teachers app icon on your iPad to launch the Teamie gradebook app.
2. On the welcome screen, tap LOGIN.
3. Enter the website URL of your Teamie site on the welcome screen without "https://". For example, if your Teamie site URL is "https://learning.theteamie.com", then just enter "learning.theteamie.com" as the website URL and continue with the login process.
In case your Teamie site URL does not end with "theteamie.com", then you can easily empty the text field and key in the URL from scratch.
4. Tap Get started! You will be logged into the Teamie Gradebook app.
There are two ways you can login into the Gradebook App:
2. In order to login by using your username and password, you would be required to enter your account's username and password as shown below. Alternatively you can also enter your Email registered on the platform in case if you are not aware of your username.
3. Enter your Account username and password.
4. Tap Log in to login to Teamie gradebook.
5. You will be logged in to the Teamie Gradebook app. Access the required classroom and grade students' submissions on the go!
Note: This option is available only if your institute / organisation has Google Apps enabled.
2. Tap Login with your Google account.
3. This will bring up the Google login page. List of all the accounts that you are using on your default browser will come up. Tap the account linked with Teamie.
Note 1: Tap “Use another account” button and add your Google account registered with Teamie by entering your Teamie associated email address and then tap Next. Then enter password of your Gmail account as shown in below set of screenshots. Your Teamie account will be added on your iPad.
In case you are already signed in with Teamie associated account, the password screen will not appear and you would be logged in.
Note 2: In case you select your personal email id or any other email id which is not associated with Teamie, you will get an error message. Select the correct email id and proceed again.
4. You will be logged into the Teamie gradebook app.
1. Tap the profile icon at the top right of your screen and tap Logout.
2. You will be logged out and taken to the welcome screen.
As an instructor, you can navigate directly from the Teamie mobile app to the Teamie gradebook app and grade students' submissions quickly, on the go! Let's see how you can do it.
1. On the Teamie Gradebook app home screen, tap CLASSROOM(S). and then tap GRADEBOOK on the classroom card whose gradebook you wish to access, on the gradebook app, from the STARRED / CLASSROOMS screen.
2. You can also access a classroom's gradebook from its MORE screen.
3. If the gradebook app is not installed, then you will be redirected to the App Store link to download the gradebook app. Once you install the gradebook app, then you will be prompted to login into the gradebook app.
4. In case the gradebook app is already installed, and you are logged in, on your device, then you will be taken to the classrooms screen on the gradebook app. Tap on the required classroom to access its gradebook.
5. If you are logged in as a different user on the gradebook app, you will prompted to login with the same account as the Teamie app to access that classroom's gradebook.
If a user has 'student' role at site level, but is an 'instructor' at classroom level, then he/she will be logged in and will only be able to view the gradebook of the classrooms in which the user has an instructor role.
6. In case you are logged out on the gradebook app, then you will be prompted to login into it.
