With Teamie Primo, you can easily create posts and share them in your classrooms. As this app is targeted for students, we have kept the post creation process very elementary and easy to execute.
This article will guide you on:
1. Access the required classroom's newsfeed in which you wish to create the post.
2. Tap the plus icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Post creation screen opens. The following attachment options will be available for adding to a post:
- Photo
- Video
- Document
- Text
- Link
- Audio
In order to make the post creation process simple and swift, we have restricted adding multiple attachments to a post in the form of a photo, video, document or a link.
Therefore, you will be able to choose and add only one type of attachment from a photo, video, document or link attachment to a post. Although, you will be able to add a textual description or audio recording in a post alongside any of the aforementioned attachments. Let's see how to do this.
1. Create a post on Teamie Primo. On the post creation screen, tap the Photo icon.
A text 'You are posting as n' will be shown on the post creation screen, where 'n' is the name of the user from whose profile the post will be shared in the classroom newsfeed. This can be helpful to keep teachers informed in case they are logged in as a learner (teacher assisted login).
2. Your device camera opens. Take the photo of the required subject.
3. Once you have tapped the photo, tap Use Photo to attach the photo to your post. If you are not happy with the photo, you can tap Retake to take another photo.
4. The preview of the photo will be shown on the next screen. You have the option to add a textual description and/or an audio recording to your post along with the photo.
To add a textual note, tap Add a note.
5. Enter the required text in the text box. You can format your text using the rich text editor (bold, italics, underline, number list, bullet list).
6. To record an audio, tap Add audio recording.
7. The audio recording will start. Record your audio using the device mic.
8. Once you are done recording the audio, tap Stop Recording to stop the recording and attach it to the post.

10. The Post Preview screen will show you how the post will look on the classroom newsfeed, once you share it. You will also be shown the list of hashtags that have been used in other posts in that classroom.
