A: We are used by schools, institutes of higher education, training organisations, and enterprises. We are used by small institutions to very large organisations where we have helped deliver online learning to hundreds of thousands of their users.

Q: Which web browsers do you support?
A: We support the last two builds of popular web browsers, such as,Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.
Q: Do you have mobile apps?

A: Our default user interface is in English and we support double byte characters as a user input (which means you can literally type in any language that you want). We are also well equipped to translate the user interface as per your requirements.
Q: Can you change the key terms used on your platform and mobile apps? For e.g. we don’t call it a Lesson, we call it a Unit.
A: Sure, we can align with your requirements and change the key terms on the platform and mobile apps.
Q: Will I get my own URL?
A: Yes, by default all our clients get to choose a subdomain of their choice (e.g. clientname.theteamie.com). We can also host your site on a domain of your choice (as long as it is available and you are willing to pay for it :).
Q: Can I have my logo on the platform and also change the color scheme?
A: Absolutely! We will upload your logo on the platform and help you configure the color scheme as per your choice.
Q: What else can I change in the platform?
A: We love our customers and they love us too, so whatever makes you happy and can be done by us, will be done by us ;)
Q: Who all will have access to my learning platform?
A: As it is your platform hence you will decide who will be able to access it and in what capacity e.g. administrator, instructor, learner, etc.
Q: Will I be able to create the learning content on the platform on my own?
A: Yes, you can create engaging learning resources on our platform by using our content editor. It is as simple as dragging and dropping and then re-arranging them as per your choice. Voila and your work of art will come to life!
Q: What format of content do you support and what is the size limit?
A: You can upload files in various formats on our platform e.g. documents, images, video and audio files. We live life king size hence there is no limit on the size of the files that you can upload on the platform (just for you!!)
Q: Will my learners be able to view this content on their mobile devices?
A: Absolutely! Enabling learning on the go is our primary goal and hence content created or imported into the platform can be accessed smoothly on our mobile apps.
Standards & Integrations
Q: What elearning standards do you support?
A: We support all versions of SCORM, xAPI, LTI and Common Cartridge. We also support Usain Bolt, U2, Minion Rush and Simpsons!!
Q: Do you integrate with third party platforms?

Q: What integration approach do you usually follow?
A: We integrate with third party platforms using APIs (for younger platforms) or mechanisms like sFTP (for older platforms).
Q: I do not find my platform in your integrations list, is it still possible for you to integrate with my platform?

Q: What is your hosting model?
A: We are a cloud-based platform and are hosted on the infrastructure of a leading cloud computing platform.
Q: I have a large user base and hence can you host your platform in a country of my choice?

Q: Can you install your platform in my data center?
A: We are a cloud-based platform hence we cannot host our platform in your data center. Sorry! :(
Q: How long will you store data of my users?
A: We will host all the data of your users as long as you are our customer. Didn’t we mention earlier that we love our customers?
Q: What security measures do you have in place?
A: Access to all our sites uses HTTPS protocol and our platform is well protected against OWASP Top 10 threats.
Q: What kind of security tests do you perform?
A: We take our data security very seriously and therefore perform manual penetration tests and network vulnerability assessment of our platform on regular basis. Always on alert!!

Q: What is your pricing structure?
A: We charge our clients a one time setup fee and a monthly recurring fee for the number of active users. Trust us, there are no hidden charges!!
Q: How do you define active users?
A: Users that have access to the platform at a given time.
Q: Is your pricing tiered?
A: Yes, we follow a tiered pricing model and the per user fee goes down as the user tier goes up. So, the more you use Teamie, the better it gets for you :)
Q: Can I change my user tier?
A: Yes, you can move to the higher or lower user tier at the end of your billing cycle. Jump up or down or stay where you are, all up to you! We are at your disposal.
Q: Can I rotate my user licenses?
A: Yes, you can assign license of one user to another by blocking access for that user. Data for the blocked user will be stored on the platform.
Q: What is the billing frequency?
A: We generate your bill at the end of the month based on the number of users that had access to the platform during that month. You can also pay annually upfront and we will adjust your usage from the annual payment as we progress.Did we mention paying upfront makes you eligible for exciting discounts?!!
Q: Can you please share your pricing?

Q: How can I ask for help?
