As an instructor, you can break your class into a number of teams, and have multiple teamsets for different projects or needs. In addition to sharing materials with the whole classroom, you can choose to personalise the learning by sharing posts and materials (assignments, quizzes and offline tests) with either individual learners and/or group of learners (teams). Personalised learning leverages the power of posts and materials by giving you the ability to share them with particular individuals or teams.
As a teacher, if you have created teams and then navigating back to the materials tab without reloading it then you will not see the team’s details in the personalisation block of a material. Hence, you will need to refresh the materials listing page in order to see the team’s details in the personalisation block (sharing a material with team or individual learner) of the material. Refreshing materials listing page tells the browser to fetch the new changes and show them accordingly.
Personalised learning should be enabled on your Teamie site to use personalised assessments. Contact you site administrator for the same.
Only learners who are part of the team with which material(s) are shared, or if they were individually assigned the material(s) would see them on their materials page view. Other learners would not see the material(s).

Filtering Personalised Materials in a classroom
As an instructor, you will be able to filter your classrooms' materials view to see all the personalised materials (lessons and assessments) with the help of 'Personalised only' filter. 1. On the homepage, hover over the required classroom and click Materials.
2. On the Materials page, tick the Personalised only checkbox.
3. All the personalised materials (lessons and assessments) will be filtered and shown to you as per the sections they are in.
If you have collapsed a section initially, then it will remain collapsed and you would have to expand the section to see the personalised materials for that section, if any.
You cannot sort materials while viewing a filtered list. Although, you can sort sections as a whole.
4. In case a section doesn't have any personalised assessments, it will be shown blank once the filter is applied.
Filtering Materials view
As an instructor, you will be able to filter your classrooms' materials view to see what materials been shared with Everyone i.e. are common lessons or assessments, or select a team or individual learner to see the learning materials shared with them. Gradebook for Personalised Assessments
Personalised assessments can be tagged as formative or summative (like any other assessment on Teamie). However, a % weightage for the summative personalised assessments cannot be assigned. Therefore, you cannot add weightage to an assessment that has been shared with team(s) or learner(s). Similarly, you cannot share an assessment with weightage > 0 with team(s) or learner(s). As these assessments cannot have weightage, they will not influence the final score/grade calculations. Hence, the classroom gradebook and the rubric view will not have any personalised assessments.
1. The learner gradebook will list all assessments that a learner can access. Click the required learner from the classroom Gradebook page.
2. Tick the Personalised Only checkbox to filter the personalised assessments available for the learner under the respective sections.
You can also use the 'View Classrooms By', 'Type', and 'Summative/Formative' filters in conjunction to further narrow down the search.
In case a section doesn't have any personalised assessments, it will be shown blank once the filter is applied.
